2. Be kind to others: Acts of giving and kindness increases feelings of purpose, self-worth and creates a sense of reward, while helping you to connect to other people. 


3. Mindfulness activities: Paying more attention to the present moment helps to prevent overthinking/ racing thoughts and positively change the way you think and feel. 


4. Physical activity: Evidence has shown that exercising can help to raise your self-esteem and positively affect your mood. It may also improve your ability to concentrate and sleep better. 


5. Connect with people: Good relationships can help to build your sense of self-worth and belonging, provide emotional support and share positive experiences with others. 


6. Something you’re good at: This helps to boost self-esteem and self-worth and reduce stress levels.
